1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or any communications provided by Legacy Capital Marketing Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Description

Legacy Capital Marketing Group LLC provides AI-powered marketing, lead generation, and investor acquisition services for private equity firms, real estate funds, and alternative investment operators. Services include:

·AI-generated investor outreach materials (emails, scripts, social content)

·Investor pipeline CRM setup and configuration

·Done-for-you outreach and follow-up sequences

·Capital raise enablement systems and automation

Important: We are NOT a broker-dealer, investment advisor, placement agent, or attorney. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. All marketing materials should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before use.

3. SMS & Text Message Communications

3.1 Consent & Opt-In

By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS from Legacy Capital Marketing Group LLC. We never send unsolicited messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3.2 Message Frequency

You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month regarding onboarding, campaign milestones, and service notifications.

3.3 Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply START to re-subscribe.

3.5 Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

3.6 No Cold Texting

We strictly prohibit cold texting and comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all carrier and TCR guidelines.

3.7 Prohibited Content

All campaigns comply with carrier-mandated prohibited content policies. We do not send content related to hate speech, harassment, deceptive marketing, or illegal substances.

4. Payment Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

·One-Time Setup Fee: Due upon engagement. Covers AI system build-out, CRM configuration, and campaign setup.

·Monthly Retainer: Due on the same date each month for ongoing management, optimization, and support.

·Success Fee: A performance-based fee may apply upon successful capital raise milestones as agreed in your service agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Accredited Investor Disclaimer

We provide marketing and lead generation services only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or attorney. All AI-generated materials must be reviewed by your legal team. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Only accredited investors as defined by SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D should participate in offerings requiring accredited investor status.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, templates, and systems created by Legacy Capital Marketing Group LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, deliverables are licensed to you for your business use.

You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute our proprietary systems without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Capital Marketing Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
